General Terms of contract:

It is understood that Ski-Bunnies.com is not the employer of any person introduced on this website. Ski-bunnies.com is a website operated by the self-employed persons offering their companiuonship services, those services being that of a skiing-partner and close companion for a specific period of time during part or all of a ski holiday arranged and paid for by you. Ski-bunnies.com assumes no liability.

Discretion:

Ski-bunnies.com offer absolute reliability and discretion to anyone and everyone visiting this website. No data received in the course of your arranging a meeting with a ski-bunny will be passed on in any form to a third party. No financial information will be requested, handled, electronically stored or used in any way whatsoever.

Terms of ordering an arrangement:

At first, an enquiry must be made as to the availability of the ski-bunny (or ski-bunnies) chosen by you for dates required by you. That enquiry must be made by sending an e-mail to info@ski-bunnies.com or by completing the on-line application form on this website. If your chosen companion confirms that she is available for that time, you then have 24 hours in which to make the ski-bunny's travel arrangements and then to send a copy of the confirmation to Ski-bunnies.com. If your desired companion is not available, another or other companions will be offered to you and if you choose one of these then you have 24 hours to firm up the ski-bunny's travel arrangements.

Minimum Age Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age to employ the services of a ski-bunny.
All skiing partners and companions are at least 18 years of age. This is an arrangement between two adults of good health and sound mind.

Duration of an Arrangement:

For the purposes of making these arrangements, "1 Day" commences at the time the companion is required to meet you at the hotel, resort, railway station or airport – whichever you prefer and is agreed in advance - and terminates 24 hours thereafter.
The time required by your ski-bunny for travel to and from the agreed meeting place does not affect the time paid for within the arrangement and there is no further charge to you regardless of the duration of her journey.
The time and place of the first meeting with your companion is at your discretion and choosing.
At the expiry of the time booked and paid for, your ski-bunny should be either at the place you first met or, if more convenient to both her and you, at the airport or railway station from which she will be commencing her homeward journey.

Terms of Payment::

The payment made to your companion is made to her direct in Euros (cash) and must be made within the first 30 minutes of first meeting.

Insurance:

All ski-bunnies arrange their own ski-insurance policies covering themselves for accidental injury whilst skiing. It is recommended that you, too, obtain similar coverage.

Accommodation:

Your ski companion will assume that she will stay in your hotel and share the accommodation you have already booked and have paid or will be paying for. If you do not wish her to share with you then you must advise of us this at the time of making the arrangement and you must then reserve and pay for an additional room for her.

Ski Equipment:

Some ski-bunnies provide their own skis, sticks and boots. For those that don't, you will be expected to rent these for her in the resort.

Ski Tuition:

If you would like your ski-bunny to join any ski-instruction classes, then the tuition costs will have to be paid by you. If you choose a beginner as your companion, please understand that she will not be able to accompany you on the upper slopes till she has tha ability and confidence to do so.

Food and Drink:

You are responsible for the cost of reasonable meals, snacks, drinks and general entertainment throughout the entire time your ski-bunny is with you.
Your companion’s shopping and grooming costs are however her own responsibility.

Cancellation of an Arrangement:

You may cancel any arrangement at any time. Once, however, payment of your companion’s travel to and from the resort has already been made, it is non-refundable. Once the payment to your ski-bunny has been made, upon first meeting with her, that too is non-refundable unless circumstances require that she has to curtail the arrangement in which case the payment made to her will be refunded to you, less a pro-rated amount covering the time already spent with you. In the event of you having to or desiring to cut short the arrangement already made and paid for, for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made of the payments made.

Should it be necessary for your companion to cancel prior to the first meeting, owing to illness, a catastrophic event or a death or serious illness in her family then a replacement companion, if one is available, will be offered. If the replacement is acceptable to you then the same terms, conditions and fees apply. If no replacement is required, your companion’s travel costs will be refunded to you in full.

Companionship policy:

The fee paid to your ski-bunny is for her time and companionship only.
Anything else that occurs during the companionship period is a matter of choice between two consenting adults and does not involve any payments.
Other than the usual companionship fee, travel expenses, lift-pass and, if applicable, ski-equipment & ski-school costs, no further payments will be asked for before, during or after the meeting by either your ski-bunny or ski-bunnies.com.

Anything implied or inferred by any text or images within these pages is NOT to be taken as inducement for payment for anything other than time and companionship.
